You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use this website. You agree not to use our services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction when purchasing from or accessing our store.
3. Accounts & Information Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and ensuring your contact and delivery details are accurate and up to date. Incorrect information may result in courier or customs delays that we cannot be held responsible for. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your details.
4. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, textures, colours, and imagery are accurate and up to date. However, due to variations in lighting and device display settings, actual product colours may differ slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update listings without notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable. International buyers may be subject to exchange rates or transaction fees set by their payment provider. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and other trusted gateways supporting major debit, credit, and regional payment methods.
6. Order Processing & Acceptance
Order confirmation indicates receipt of your order but not final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. 7. Worldwide Delivery & Risk of Loss
We provide worldwide tracked delivery through Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD, and other international couriers. Delivery estimates may vary depending on location, customs inspection, or courier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with UK consumer law and our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and with hygiene seals intact. Custom, bespoke, or unsealed items cannot be returned for hygiene and manufacturing reasons. Returns must be pre-authorised.
9. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom, made-to-order, or personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins. You may request to cancel or amend a custom order within 24 hours of purchase provided that production has not started. After this period, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
10. Accuracy, Errors & Updates
Occasional errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, stock, descriptions) may occur. We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders affected by such errors without notice, including after order submission.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use this website or its content for illegal activities, infringement of intellectual property, distribution of malware, automated scraping, or interference with site functionality. Violations may lead to termination of access and possible legal action.
12. Intellectual Property & Image Rights
All brand names, logos, written materials, packaging designs, and custom photography are the property of Finesse Hair & Beauty By Coco and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Some lifestyle or illustrative images are sourced from licensed stock libraries or public repositories under commercial or fair-use terms. These remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, modify, or reuse any site content without written permission or appropriate licence.
13. Reviews & User Submissions
When you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display such content across our marketing platforms. You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
